Scheduler – AZ Max – Mesa, AZ

We are in search of a Patient Scheduler who is outgoing, friendly, and has awesome customer service skills to join our team. If you are caring, dependable, and enjoy working in a patient-focused dental environment, please apply!

Responsibilities include:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes from patients and referring doctors
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments based on patient needs
• Maintain appropriate schedules for Doctors following guidelines set by Practice Administrator

Qualifications:

• Professional and positive attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with interruptions and manage multiple priorities
• Dental office experience is a plus but not required
