Lutheran Home is now seeking a Night Nurse Supervisor to join their Nursing Team! This person will provide resident care by supervising nursing and related services and personnel. Ensures good financial stewardship of nursing services. They will also maintain continuity of care by making rounds to each nursing unit, receiving reports on the status of all residents and services, visiting residents, assisting nurses with new and unusual treatments, deciding on whether or not to call physicians, coordinating services with other shifts, admitting and transferring residents, and taking other action deemed necessary at the time.
