Medical Office Receptionist – COAST Physical Therapy – Auburn, NY

COAST Physical Therapy is a small family business who cares deeply about our patients, our staff and our community. We are looking for an outgoing and friendly individual to join our amazing COAST PT staff. This position is for a full-time Receptionist at our Auburn location. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

-Greeting and scheduling patients

-Answering phones

-Scanning documents into our computer system

COVID-19 considerations:
As per CDC, federal and NYS guidelines and mandates for medical offices, all staff and patients are required to wear masks at all times while in our office. COVID-19 vaccinations are not required but are very highly encouraged for our staff.


  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)


  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Computer skills: 3 years (Preferred)
