We are looking for a Medical Assistant who loves being in the front office and interacting with patients and staff. The position requires non-invasive procedures, such as measurements, blood pressure checks and EKGs, as well as more clinical duties, including taking vitals, administering injections and recording patient follow-up care. The best candidate for this position is someone who is outgoing and has previous experience working in a health care clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients during a medical procedure.
- Provide administrative support to medical staff.
- Collect and document patient information related to medical treatment and services.
- Follow medical facility policies and procedures.
- Be sensitive to cultural differences of patients and their families.
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses.
- Treat minor wounds, burns, lacerations, and abrasions.

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
