LPN position in Clayton County for Home Health Care – TMC Care Services – Jonesboro, GA

Position: LPN

Shift available: 7am -7pm M-W-Thur

Salary: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour

Signing Bonus – $500 after 90 days

Location: Jonesboro, GA (Clayton County)

Experience preferred: trach care, ventilator support, g-tube, medication reminders, uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. In addition, emotional support, truly being engaged and getting to know and making a lasting impact on the client.

TMC Care Services is a private-in home care provider offering Medicaid approved skilled and unskilled nursing care through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP). Personal Care Assistants provide quality nursing services by working with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients care and providing a positive, supportive environment. Our pediatric client has physical limitations but is highly intelligent. Clients may have muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, trach care, ventilator, G-tube, etc.

Requirements

· CPR/First Aid certified

· Certificate showing Negative for TB

· Valid driver’s license

· Photo copy of Social Security Card

· Current proof of auto insurance

· Must have reliable transportation

· Agree to random drug testing

· Certification/license in the practice of Nursing (RN)

· Pass national background check

· Possible Federal fingerprinting requirement (Gchexs)

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
