Ideal candidate must:
- RVT required
- 1-2 years of veterinary experience required (ER preferred)
- Ability to work well with others as a team
- must be able to work weekends
- have strong communication and customer service skills

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Veterinary Technician works under the supervision of the Hospital Practice Manager, Medical Director and Doctor Staff.
Duties and Responsibilities –
- Demonstrate and oversee that proper handling of potential zoonotic disease concerns.
- Demonstrate and oversee patients are properly and timely being medicated.
- Demonstrate and oversee proper patient restraint.
- Demonstrate and oversee proper diagnostic procedures are performed.
- Continually demonstrate and oversee that client communication is appropriate whether it be in written or verbal form in a timely manner.
- Continually demonstrate and oversee that appropriate client education is being provided.
One weekend evening will be required with some holidays throughout the year.
