Job Title:
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Seattle, WA (100% Remote)
Job Type:
- Part-time and full-time hours available
Job Status:
- 1099 independent contractor position with hourly pay
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical therapy or mental health services independently via Telehealth without any supervision (Associates not accepted)
- Caseload will consist of all stable and low acute clients (Examples: anxiety, OCD, ADHD, grief, agoraphobia, etc.)
- Follow state required regulations
Job Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate Degree in one of the following: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology
- WA State License in one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or Clinical Psychology (Associates not accepted)
- No disciplinary actions on your state license
Work Schedule:
- Flexible schedule (weekdays and/or weekends with morning, afternoon, and evening hours available)
- Set your own hours based on preference (5 hours to 40+ hours per week)
Compensation:
- $70,000 – $130,000 annual income
Benefits:
- Monthly stipend designated for health, life, dental, and vision benefits (Requirement to qualify 30+ hours per week)
Supplemental Pay:
- Significant first client bonus

- 100% remote (Must be fully licensed in the state you see clients in)

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
