We have an immediate opening for an experienced Medical Billing and claim specialist.
This is a direct hire position. Must be willing to commit to working 40 hours/week.
Previous experience preferred but the employer will do the training required for employee to do the assigned duties.
– Being able to work under pressure and fast speed environment
– patience to heavy phone calls to insurance companies.
-Strong Charge Entry ability
-Charge Entry includes data entry of demographics, CPT & ICD10 coding. Must have knowledge of coding combo and proper use of modifiers. Approving and scrubbing claims. In some cases posting of patient and/or insurance payments.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
-Knowledge of physician practice coding: billing and medical terminology
-Responsible for regular financial reporting
-Must be able to communicate with patients and physicians effectively.
-Out of network and In network billing experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
