Bobbi Bullock Medical Esthetics is the leader in Idaho for CoolSculpting, Botox, and dermal fillers. As a CoolSculpting Technician/ Medical Esthetician at our practice, you will join a team that is passionate about our mission of helping people create, restore, and enhance themselves through medical esthetic treatments and products.

You will be joining Allergan’s national Master CoolSculpting Trainer/ Medical Esthetician Lauren Bailey LE as your mentor, and national trainer/speaker Bobbi Bullock NP-C as your Medical Director.

You will have a key role to play in our practice:

Combine your expertise and artistry along with our protocols and modalities to design customized CoolSculpting and esthetic packages that meet the individual needs of clients.
Become a trusted adviser and service provider to our clients to help them pursue their total body goals through CoolSculpting, CoolTone, Morpheus8 and other modalities. Help them reach their skin and complexation goals with our medical grade skin care, esthetic services, and memberships.
Consult and educate our clients about CoolSculpting and our esthetic services, being the champion in following up with leads and interests in CoolSculpting services, then sell and perform your customized packages and treatments.
Deliver an amazing, safe, and consistent experience with every service.

What it Takes to Succeed:

A well-skilled professional who has a minimum of 2 years of experience working as an esthetician with proven sales skills. Current Idaho esthetician license. CoolSculping experience is preferred.
Strong communicator who can effectively identify each client’s needs, set clear expectations, and guide clients through the treatment to achieve the goals of each service.
Self-confident and sales minded. They can put together comprehensive packages and ask for the sale.
Desiring knowledge, seeking ongoing training to build their esthetic and CoolSculpting skill set is a must.
Client champions who can recommend follow-up visits and additional services and products as needed to help clients pursue their goals. This person prioritizes time and tasks to ensure all necessary communications with clients are accomplished.
Excellent teammates who show up on time are ready to jump in wherever needed to get the job done.
