We are taking applications for LPN (License Practical Nurse) for all shifts. Candidate must possess a positive and enthusiastic personality who loves working with the Elderly.
Responsibilities:
1. Delivering nursing care to Patients/Residents requiring Long Term Care or Rehabilitation services.
2. Proven experience as LPN (License Practical Nurse)
3. Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
4. Familiarity with health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
5. Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
6. Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
7. Excellent computer skills
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Compassionate and able to handle stress
10. Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions
11. Other duties assigned by the Department Director.

Pay: From $23.50 per hour
