Hospice Aide- Full Time
Cedar Valley Hospice is the premier hospice agency serving 15 counties with offices in Waterloo, Grundy Center, Independence and Waverly. We are currently seeking highly qualified, compassionate Hospice Aides to join our well-respected team.
At Cedar Valley Hospice you will work with the best clinicians, nurses and management team, learning highly regarded practices to achieve optimum outcomes for our patients and their families.
This position will provide direct personal care, light housekeeping duties and temporary respite for patients and families. Requirements include a 75-hour CNA certificate, and independent lifting requirement of 50 lbs. The highest qualified candidate’s hours will be Monday through Friday working 8:00am-4:30pm. This position will also be part of an on call rotation for weekends and holidays.
This position may be asked to work out of any CVH location at any time.
