Call Center Representative – Doctor’s Wellness Company – Long Beach, CA

We have a different take on healthcare and offer a safe environment for our nurses and staff to work in. We provide ZERO sick care. Instead, we specialize in pre-employment services and travel medicine.

This position gives applicants a chance to expand their skills and is a great fit for those with previous healthcare knowledge. We offer a casual and fun work environment and generous pay. Our Headquarters office is located in the Marina Pacifica center in Long Beach. Saturday availability is required.

Call Center Agent responsibilities include:

* Answer incoming phone calls

* Assist clients with scheduling appointments and inquiries

* Resolve client concerns

* Up-selling additional services to clients

* Log call center data into spreadsheets

* Upload patient results

* Keep work area organized and clean

Skills we look for in candidates:

* Ability to multi-task

* Confidence in your communication skills

* Enjoy working as a team

* Read, write and speak English (Spanish is a plus)

* Strong customer service skills

* Treat others with respect

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
