Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Louisville (St. Matthews) Clinic
We are currently expanding our services and hiring multiple full-time mental health therapists within our Louisville area clinics. Looking for therapists with experience treating children and adolescents, adults, or the complete lifespan. Therapists have the option to work within the office or a hybrid of remote/office based. This telehealth option is important and necessary so our patients and clinicians can feel safe and comfortable during the Covid-19 crisis and beyond.
While working as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team, the provider will have the following responsibilities:
- Employed Position
- Louisville (St. Matthews) clinic
- Outpatient services with in-office or hybrid in-office and telehealth option available
- Full-time schedule – Option for 4, 4.5 or 5-day week
- Work on a clinical team of psychiatrists, advanced practice psychiatric nurses, psychologists, and therapists
W2 Employee Compensation/Benefits:
- Compensation can exceed $91,000 – $104,000/year, with no cap

Qualifications:
- Independent license required
- Must reside within commutable distance of local office
- Ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic working relationship with clients
- Provider must have a current, valid independent license to practice in Kentucky
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
