POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinic Department Manager supervises the primary function within the surgical clinic of a practice of Cataract & Laser Institute. This position requires a strong leader with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate staff to ensure optimal efficiency and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
