Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts have access to greater autonomy in individualizing assessment and treatment, support for maintaining a caseload that meets your individual scheduling needs, interests, expertise, and excellent opportunities for advancement. We work with clients of all ages and abilities in a variety of settings including family homes, community settings, group homes, and public and private schools. This opening is for the St. Petersburg area in the Pinellas region. All qualified applicants are welcome.
BCBA Duties
- Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be considered
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior plans for clients
- Train and provide feedback to caregivers and behavior technicians on the implementation of behavior plans and skill acquisition goals
- Analyze and graph data weekly
- Update behavior plans for reassessment as determined by Medicaid and/or Private Insurance
- Provide supervision according to the BACB requirements for RBTs
- Maintain certification according to the BACB requirements
- Complete billing bi-weekly
