As a Medical Scribe you will be collaborating with physicians by performing clerical and documentation functions as well as operating electronic health records (EHR).
Responsibilities
- Entering patient rooms with the physician and documenting medical procedures and visits as they are being performed by the physician.
- Preparing referrals for the physician via dictation or a summary of the patient’s medical records.
- Coordinating referrals, preparing reports, answering calls, and performing other clerical tasks.
- Ensuring medical documentation is error-free, up-to-date, and signed by the attending physician.
- Adding all clinical data, lab reports, and physician interpretations to the medical records and ensuring accuracy.
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of patient tracking systems.

Qualifications
1+ years’ experience in medical scribing, preferably in podiatry
Spanish and English speaking and writing
