Victor Counseling Practice of Victor, NY is looking for Private Practice Therapists to join our outpatient mental health team on a ideally 20+ session/week In-Office and/or Telehealth basis. This is a turn-key private practice. The average reimbursement per session completed:

LMSW: $33-$35

LCSW-R supervision by a Clinition with 15-25 postmasters clinician. Your clinical hours are documented and signed-off by a NYS licensed social worker with “R” privilege. All hours count as required hours towards your LCSW credential in NYS.
Credentialing Services Available UPON obtaining the LCSW and 6 years postgraduate clinical experience: eg. Excellus BCBS and other insurances. Most expedited process in our area.
Gold Standard Therapist Services: Resolve Therapist’s issues within 24 hours business hours by a personal administrative assistant.
Clinical team atmosphere with clinical support: eg. Monthly In-service, Monthly Clinical Case Review and social events.

ABOUT VICTOR COUNSELING PRACTICE

We are a private practice group that provides Telehealth and onsite outpatient counseling for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. We currently have 37 private-practice mental health therapists, nutritionist and a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) prescriber. This is a client centered practice, a practice with excellent outcomes, a passion for healing and inspiring hope. Requirements:

LMSW are required to have 2-6 years of clinical experience.
Licensed with the NYS Board of Education as a LMSW.
Ability to fulfill self-employment requirements such as paying personal taxes, maintaining malpractice insurance, and putting aside savings for vacations and time off. (Clinicians have access to an expert in private practice financial and accounting specialist)
Willing to schedule 20 or more session per week.
