Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Salary: $16.00 – 20.00/hour
Job Description
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients’ conditions.
- Assess and evaluate patients’ needs, and responses to, care rendered for daily activities
- Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.

Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required
- Active CNA license without any felonies or active investigations noted on your license
- Must hold current CNA certification in the state of practice
- Must be in good physical health to be able to lift and move patients, and to be able to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Prior work experience in a direct patient care setting or in a long term care facility preferred
- 1 Year of experience working in a Nursing Home.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
