This position requires an understanding of the Cafeteria/kitchen operation within the hotel. Practice the importance of producing a consistent, quality product. This candidate should have the basic skills to train others within the department and capable of assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef. Skills and knowledge to include culinary education; cost control, good communication, leadership and computer skills.
