Leads and coaches clinic and office staff and manages day to day operations to ensure quality care, customer service and fiscal responsibility. Functions in the clinical role as needed. Demonstrates professionalism as a role model, promotes staff morale and team building. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with the entire team.
Licensure: Current licensure or certification in medical assisting, nursing, radiology or laboratory
Experience: One year experience in a supervisory role or one year experience with RediMed/Business Health services required.
Education: Associates degree or above in related field (or equivalent degree, i.e. RN who received education through certificate program)
