Behavioral Care Manager
Texas – Remote

What makes a great team member? Your qualifications:

  • Current LMSW or LCSW, LMHC, LMFT (or state equivalent) in good standing.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients at a minimum of 25 hours/week for part-time roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication- you write and speak clearly and concisely.
  • Excited about working independently, as well as part of a team of clinicians.
  • Familiar with using tools in your practice such as the PHQ9 and GAD7.
  • Computer literacy – we provide you a laptop, but you’re not afraid of new technologies and problem solving. Experience EMR systems or Salesforce is a big plus.
  • Experience providing Collaborative Care strongly preferred (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zXZTgq3GyPw).
  • Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation and other evidence based term treatments strongly preferred.
  • A dedicated home working space.
  • Previous experience working virtually preferred.
