MSW or Master Degree in Counseling. One year of experience with sexual offenders/victims or three years experience as a social worker is required. Must possess State of Michigan license or certification. Responsibilities include functioning as a clinical therapist and case manager for sexual offender cases assigned, including youth and families. The position includes individual, group and family therapy, clinical testing, individual assessments and crisis intervention. Employment is contingent upon adherence to agency personnel policies and procedures, as well as all rules and regulations that govern this agency. Juvenile sexual offender treatment experience preferred. This position requires local travel in SE Michigan.
