Our Ideal Candidates Will Have The Following Qualifications:
- At least 1 year working under a BCBA as an RBT
- Minimum two years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- RBT designation required OR must obtain within 60 days of joining the company
- Strong communication and written skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients homes and our clinics
- MUST have excellent attendance

Position responsibilities:
- Implement treatment programs under the guidance of a BCBA
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, etc.) on a weekly basis to ensure continuity of care
This position is based out of our beautiful clinic in Downers Grove. Full and part-time positions available! Salary positions available for candidates with full-time availability and at least 1 year of experience working as an RBT.
