We are looking for a physically fit person with experience of working with dogs to help in our busy senior dog hospice and retirement home. Duties include cleaning, feeding, cooking fresh food, administering medications, bathing, performing basic wellness checks, some grooming, transporting to and from the vets, administering fluids and providing a loving environment for our 26 residents. Academic qualifications are not as essential as good, calm handling skills and an ability to see and deliver the dogs’ needs. Experience as a vet tech, kennel tech, rescue or shelter worker or pet sitter would be beneficial. Flexibility of hours and reliable transport essential.

Salary: $11.50 – $15.00 per hour
