Marshall’s Inc. is a family owned HVAC company serving Eugene-Springfield and the surrounding area since 1948. We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team.
In this role you will managing the daily schedules of our service technicians. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to think on your feet, work under pressure, and provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers.

Qualifications:
- Prior HVAC, plumbing, or electrical dispatching experience
- Field Edge dispatching software experience is a plus
- Strong communication proficiency both verbal and written
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience working in a position using process or project management skills
- Geographical knowledge of service area
- Project & Scheduling Coordinating experience is a plus
Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime and Evenings on occasion)
