Blue Ravine Animal Hospital is a private small animal veterinary hospital which strives to provide exceptional medical and surgical care to our patients, many of which are Bulldogs and French Bulldogs. We provide a fulfilling and challenging work experience that will help you develop your technician skills and confidence. Mentoring is available for the right candidate.
Skilled Veterinary Technician/Assistant needed for our busy and growing small animal hospital in Folsom, CA. We are a beautiful 5 doctor practice open 7 days per week to better serve our community. We need additional veterinary technicians to support the team caring for our wonderful patients and clients. Our technicians/assistants are utilized to their fullest potential and work in all areas of the hospital. We especially want to hire an RVT who LOVES dentistry. We provide a challenging and supportive environment which practices excellent quality medicine and even better patient and client care. Some weekend time would be required. Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees and customers must wear a mask. We limit one customer to accompany their pet for an examination. We have added air filtration and additional cleaning practices to limit spread of Covid-19. Vaccination is encouraged but not required.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Veterinary Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Veterinary Technician Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Veterinary Technician Certification (Preferred)
