This is an Accounts Receivable Specialist position at a busy general dentist office. Additionally there are two receptionists positions and an Office Manager at our office. This position requires:

- Filing
- Eaglesoft or other dental software a plus
- Excel and Word experience
- Customer Service experience
This position is predominately responsible for:
- Creating daily bank deposits of all collections (cash, personal checks and insurance checks)
- Creating daily batches to enter to EagleSoft (Dental software)
- Sending statements to patients twice per month
- Contacting insurance companies regarding delayed payments, missing information, questions they have
- Processing claims on a daily basis (adding attachments when necessary)

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
