Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, AR has an immediate opening for a full-time Dental Medical Assistantwithin our Solutions Department.

Job Summary: The Dental assistant is responsible for providing the patient with high quality care by performing a variety of office, laboratory, and patient care duties. This usually entails helping the dentist handle patients, instruments, and supplies during the treatment of the teeth, mouth, and gums. Dental Assistant will also document patient care and take x-rays.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current RDA license required.
  • 1 year of related experience working in a medical clinic or office, preferred.
  • Current BLS certification upon hire or BLS certification must be obtained during orientation period or at next available scheduled class. Throughout employment, current BLS certification must be maintained by renewal during renewal period or at next available scheduled class.
