This position will have the unique opportunity to work closely with two highly skilled physicians and assist in gynecologic oncology laparoscopic, robotic, and open surgeries. The PA will also be responsible for delivering pre-operative and post-operative care, rounding on inpatients and taking periodic weekend call rotation. In addition, the PA in collaboration with the physicians and a nurse practitioner will care for patients in the clinic setting and have opportunities to be involved in multidisciplinary research and clinical trials.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
- Current license to practice in the state of California as an PA-C
- BCLS
- DEA and Furnishing License
- National Certification
PREFERRED:
- 2 years related clinical experience
- Experience with managing patients with chronic diseases
