SCHEDULE:
- 4 – 10 hour days (9:30a – 8p)
or
- 5 – 8 hour days (11:30a – 8p)
Washes dishes, cookware, utensils and cutlery using appropriate equipment
Ensures that dishwashing equipment reaches correct heat settings as per Board of Health requirements
Follows Health and Safety guidelines
Washes and sterilizes food preparation surfaces at end of workday
Stores cleaned items appropriately
Keeps separate area for used items waiting to be cleaned
Disposes of food waste appropriately
Keeps kitchen area clean and tidy
Previous experience in a similar capacity and using professional equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
