OSMS, a physician-owned orthopedic and rheumatology clinic in Green Bay, is seeking a Medical Assistant/LPN to provide a high quality experience for our patients. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment with the ability to make people feel comfortable and welcome. As a medical assistant in our rheumatology department, you will have the opportunity to enhance the patient’s experience every day!
The daily responsibilities of this position will consist of administrative and clinical duties under the direction of a physician. Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments and maintaining and retrieving medical records. Clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, transcribing office visits, drawing blood, and administering medications or assisting with injections as directed by physician.
Clinic hours are typically M-F between the hours of 7:30am – 5:30pm. No evenings, weekends or on-call rotation required. This is a full time, benefited position (0.9 FTE).

Education:
Medical Assistant Technical Diploma or LPN license required.
Certifications & Licenses:
Medical Assistant certification/LPN License required.
BLS CPR certification required.
