LCSW/LMFT/LPCC Clinical Therapist Fulltime/Part Time
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ Licensed LMFT and Licensed LPCC to join our team! We have a supportive atmosphere and are an agency that cares about its clinician and clients. We strive to be inclusive and different from other agencies. This position is an independent contractor position, with the ability to work remotely and schedule your own hours. Minimum case load is 13 clients a week. There is opportunity for growth in this practice. Our main office is in Redlands, CA just off the 10 Freeway. Must be a license clinical therapist, unfortunately we are not hiring any associates at the moment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess nature of clients’ situations by interviewing and reviewing personal
history
- Develop and execute individual treatment plans
- Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
- Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
- Maintain accurate client documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have current professional license
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
