ACCOUNT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE – WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WI

As an Account Services Representative, your primary responsibility is to:
- answer customer inquiries
- perform general account maintenance and data entry
- back up tellers and operation functions
Keys to success include effective listening and questioning skills and use of good judgment when dealing with delicate situations, along with observing the strictest secrecy and confidentiality with customers and accounts.
This is a full-time position with great work-life balance working Monday – Friday during daytime hours and some Saturday mornings.
