Responsibilities and Duties
As a Regional Truck Driver for Keller, you can expect:
- Customizable home time – Most drivers are home 3 out of 4 weekends
- Average pay $1300-$1635 weekly (Based on driving experience)
- $0.03/Mile productivity bonus
- Our ‘All In’ CPM average for experienced drivers is $0.58
- Annual pay increases
- You park your truck where you live! (Come to Defiance, OH for orientation, maintenance, and the occasional load, but that’s it!)
- Guaranteed Weekly Pay Program of $1000 (This is the absolute minimum you will make every week).
- $20/hr. after 1 hour detention time
- Quarterly Performance Bonus and Weekly Safety Bonus
- Average miles per week 2,400-3,200
- 9 times out of 10, know your next dispatch before empty
