General Summary:
Collects, decontaminates, packages, sterilizes and dispenses instruments, supplies and other equipment as necessary.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Ability to read and communicate in the English language. High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Graduate of CS or technician school. Certified CS technician preferred. Familiarity with principles of sterile techniques and infection control, strong knowledge of surgical instruments and related patient care equipment and supplies and ability to understand equipment and supplies.
Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson’s clinical entities or at the University.
