Budtender: $12-$18 Per Hour

Job Summary: The Dispensary Agent must provide superior customer service and educational guidance to customers or medical patients and caregivers. The Dispensary Agent must arrange and package customer or medical patient orders, record sales in the Point-of-Sales system, and comply with cash handling procedures. The Dispensary Agent must maintain an organized environment and facility appearance.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers with a smile
Educating customers and answering questions on products and paraphernalia
Keeping the store clean, stocked, and organized
Complying with all state rules and regulations
Excellent attendance
Positive attitude towards customers and employees
About You:
Have a passion for Cannabis and educating the customers
Have previous retail or sales experience or equivalent training & education
Ability to multi-task and be self-proficient with time management
Professional appearance
A friendly, team-oriented “canna-do” attitude
Excellent cash handling skills

Friendly, outgoing, and personable
Dependable and arrive at all shifts on time and prepared
Flexible with your schedule
Ability to stand for long periods
Available to perform many different tasks in the store during each shift
