We are seeking an Organized, Detail-Oriented Medical Assistant to join our busy internal medicine team. The right candidate will complete patient history forms, maintain inventory of supplies and create usable medical records, while also demonstrating the ability to multitask effectively. Candidates must be hardworking, flexible and passionate about internal medicine.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patients with reception and front office services.
- Answer phones and greet patients.
- Schedule appointments and chart patient information.
- Hand out prescriptions and maintain patient files.
- Cultivate relationships with patients to foster word-of-mouth referrals.
- Refer patients to health care practitioners who might be able to help with treatment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
