We’re looking for compassionate, outgoing, fun people with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team at The Diet Center who want to coach people on their health and weight loss journey.
Who would be a good candidate: Customer Service Reps, Medical Assistants, Administrative Assistants, etc… You must be jovial and like to interact one-on-one with people.
PART-TIME DAYS/HOURS: Monday – Thursday 2pm – 7:30pm
(If no new client, shift ends at 6:30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Coach and educate clients
- Weigh, measure, and record progress in computer
- Provide encouragement, support, and motivation
- Conduct point-of-sale transactions
- Stock shelves
- Perform various other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills on phone and in person—must be jovial
- Teachable–An ability to learn and follow protocols and work independently
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask
- Excellent rapport building skills and empathy with clients
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Must be computer literate with quick and accurate typing skills
- Light lifting, bending, climbing is required to stock shelves
- Must be dependable–Hours are non-negotiable and you must be punctual
