Responsibilities of the Transportation Driver:
- In-House Transport of new admissions and residents throughout the facility using wheelchairs and carts
- Drive residents to and from medical appointments
- Schedule resident appointments as directed by the Director of Nursing (DON)
- Process computer orders for proper charging

Requirements of the Transportation Driver:
- Indiana Driver’s License in good standing (Must pass Motor Vehical Report)
- Experience driving a 12 passenger vehicle
- Transportation experience preferred
- Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide age appropriate care for the residents
- Flexible hours may be required
- Cannot have a criminal background
