RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets residents by name and coordinates seating according to established guidelines.

- Coordinates take out orders
- Follows established guidelines for food sanitation practices and techniques and cleans as needed
- Participate in a pre-service orientation in consultation with the Executive Chef before each meal to explain food being served and any special instructions to service staff

- Ensure that private dining parties and special events are properly set up and assist with service as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to follow spoken and written instructions in English
- Skill in the use of a personal computer and capability of using basic word processing and spreadsheet programs.
