The Corporate Recruiter will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and work collaboratively on the Corporate TA Team. Supports recruiting needs across multiple corporate business functions for non-exempt to exempt level positions while identifying and engaging top talent to Owens & Minor. Will act as a consultative partner developing trust with business clients and HR Partners. Able to develop an understanding of a hiring manager’s needs and identify the characteristics and skillsets of assigned requisitions. Owns the full lifecycle of recruiting for assigned roles ensuring outstanding client and candidate experience. This role largely supports hiring managers located at our corporate headquarters in Mechanicville, VA and our Global Products division located in Alpharetta, GA. Ideal candidate will preferably be based within commuting distance to one of these locations, but open to considering remotely based qualified individuals.

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting and pipelining plans for administrative to senior manager level

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand ideal candidate and day in the life to sell opportunities to candidates in the market and assess for fit to role

  • Create and execute on sourcing and recruiting plans aligned to requisitions and discovery from intakes.

  • Develop robust pipelines of candidates with focus on diversity, and identifying key talent in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies

  • Develops job specific screening guides for roles, interviewing guides for selection teams and collects all necessary documentation for compliance.

  • Directly source and engage passive talent on various platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean searches, etc. Maintaining a pipeline of talent for current and future needs.

  • Ensures recruitment and employment activities are in compliance with EEOC and OFCCP government regulations and organization policies and procedures.

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2-5 years of in-house corporate full lifecycle recruiting experience

  • Minimum of 2 years using LinkedIn Recruiter

  • 2+ years experience with Workday ATS strongly preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven track record of building strong productive relationships with clients and candidates

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Office 365 a plus

  • Savvy with latest recruiting tools and technology
