RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet residents and guests
• Manager the point of sale computer system
• Package food for take-out orders
• Participate in set-up and breakdown of Café area at the beginning and ending of each day
• Prepare food items as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• A desire to improve the lives of residents each and every day
• Knowledge of basic food production
• Knowledge of presentation, service, bussing, customer relations and sanitation
