What You Will Achieve

As a Business Resiliency & Cyber Recovery Principal Consultant, you will provide consultative business and technical delivery services for a wide range of complex client facing consulting engagements which will enable our customers to protect and maintain the availability of their most critical business processes, applications, and digital assets. As a member of the services delivery team; you will earn your client’s trust through competence, technical acumen, consulting expertise, and partnership guiding the client through advisory, planning, design and execution of high impact strategic business resiliency and cyber recovery initiatives.

You will:

  • Demonstrate passion, ownership, and accountability with a thirst for world class consulting

  • Endeavor to become a trusted advisor to our customers and internal stakeholders through technical / business acumen, deep partnership, and delivery of outstanding results

  • Leverage your in-depth technical knowledge to assist our customers in execution of their most critical business resiliency initiatives

  • Work on enterprise wide client facing resiliency projects and programs as a technical Subject Matter Expert in partnership with our project and program management organization

  • Partner with service product management teams to enhance and develop business resiliency delivery collateral and toolkits

Essential Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional services delivery experience in a client facing role with a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience

  • Experience as the main point of contact for client facing delivery activities from presentations, workshops, and interviews to full scale enterprise wide technology services delivery

  • Recent experience architecting and implementing isolated (air-gapped) cyber recovery solutions (recovery from a destructive/catastrophic cyber-attack)

  • Adept at leading the design and implementation of highly complex systems with a focus on application availability, disaster recovery, backup/recovery, and cyber resiliency

  • Solid understanding of:

    • Enterprise architecture, infrastructure (network, storage, compute) as well as backup and replication technologies

    • Experience with Backup / recovery architecture and design (DataDomain, Avamar, Networker, Isilon, TSM/Spectrum, NetBackup, CommVault, Veaam, and similar)

    • Knowledge and experience with Mainframe resiliency architectures including IBM GDPS and/or EMC GDDR

  • Desire and ability to travel domestically 50% or more (post pandemic)

Desirable Requirements

  • Technical and Industry Certifications (MBCP, CISSP, TOGAF, VMware VCP, CCNA, Microsoft, Dell/EMC or similar)

  • Business Resiliency and/or IT Transformation industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology and/or Telco
