Come work for The Allied Group and you’ll lead construction projects to deliver national hotel renovations for some of the most prestigious hotel owners, ownership groups and third-party project management firms in the world. You will partner with your project team to manage the schedule, budget and timeline for projects managed. You’ll oversee the project renovation from start to finish and be able to take pride in turning over a quality product that will stand the test of time.
PROJECT DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Schedule, budget, and timeline adherence for our renovation jobs
- Sourcing / buyout of subs
- Processing of monthly requisitions and write ups, job costing, etc.
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Maintain Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all insurance certificates and permits are in place
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of equivalent experience working for a national commercial General Contractor
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Excellent relationship building skills and must be client-focused

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,614.00 – $127,508.00 per year
