Office Manager (Washington, DC)

Summary

To be the key point contact person for any/all office needs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Work with vendors regarding all office needs
  • Gatekeeper between the landlord and BeneSys
  • Assign and Track all Keycards and Fobs to the office
  • Maintain bulletin boards in kitchen/breakroom

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent and some college and/or job related experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general correspondence.
  • Ability to prepare reports, draft meeting minutes and correspond with Fund vendors, participants, and Trustees.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquires from managers, clients, vendors and participants.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Must be able to understand and apply knowledge of decimals, fractions, and percentages.
  • Ability to interpret and present a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.

Work Schedule

Full time, in office. Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
