WHO YOU ARE:
You are a hands-on Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) , eager to provide quality, continuous care to your patients. In addition, you have a heart to serve others by caring for the patients’ individualized needs the way you’d care for the needs of your own family.
Successful candidates for LPN/LVN must possess a current state licensure for consideration.

In this role, you will provide direct patient care within a skilled nursing facility. You’ll follow the plan of care assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, preparing supplies and equipment for treatments, and assisting the attending physician or registered nurse in performing specialized procedures.
