IU Credit Union has an opportunity for a Contact Center Specialist in our Inbound Call Center

From our inbound call center, Contact Center Specialists are responsible for handling calls from new and existing members regarding a variety of requests. Using their technical skills and knowledge of products and services, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to enhance the member experience. Members of this high-performing team are member-focused, software savvy and enjoy sharing their expertise in this fast-paced position.


  • Provide first call resolution, respond to emails, build rapport with members, process requests, respond to inquiries and resolve issues with accuracy.
  • Assess situations, apply sound judgement and use troubleshooting skills to assist members.

  • Look for opportunities to introduce products and services to help members financially.
  • Respond to problems and concerns in a timely and precise manner in order to maintain and strengthen the relationship between the member and the Credit Union
  • Develop and retain a broad range of knowledge of all Credit Union products and services, from both a technical and information standpoint.
  • Manage and utilize time efficiently to ensure service quality, member satisfaction and the achievement of key performance indicator goals of the Contact Center.
  • Actively support IUCU core values, guiding principles, purpose and vision statements, and demonstrate commitment to member service and IUCU organizational values.
