Essential duties & responsibilities: Answer high volume of incoming calls while assisting the medical team with documentation in system. Follow protocol and guidelines at all times including OSHA And HIPPA compliance. Have the ability to multitask. Transfer misdirected calls to member service department. We offer medical, dental, vision at its best rates. Background in healthcare/clinical setting highly preferred but not required. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Overall, a great company to work for.
