Senior Regional Provider Recruiter – Unified Women’s Healthcare – Remote

**SEEKING A SENIOR REGIONAL RECRUITER IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

Florida, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Delaware

Position Summary:

The Senior Regional Provider Recruiter is responsible for managing full lifecycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioners. This position will direct, plan, and implement activities to identify and hire quality provider candidates for position openings in a timely and efficient manner. This role will identify staffing opportunities and partner to ensure regional hiring objectives are met. This position is responsible for strategically executing outreach to residents and providers. The Senior Regional Provider Recruiter will work directly with market business and medical leadership to build relationships with residency programs across the region and professional associations.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs
  • Continuously and consistently build candidate pipeline by leveraging proactive sourcing and recruiting methods
  • Provide a seamless candidate experience through the entire recruiting lifecycle
  • Develop a comprehensive resident outreach program that is tailored to the unique network business environment and business requirements (e.g., strategy changes, emerging business needs)
  • Identify key representatives (physicians and recruiters) for residency events to be part of the residency engagement program
  • Leverage all existing relationships with residency programs in local markets to build and strengthen national and local market presence and drive talent to serve current and future business needs
  • Work in partnership with Marketing to develop brand identity and cohesive message for the business
  • Develop a strategic plan for residency events that aligns with business strategy
  • Create and manages a pipeline of event attendees to support sourcing and recruitment efforts
  • Collaborate with internal/external business partners and SMEs to identify business goals and areas of strategic opportunity (e.g., leadership, Advisory Councils and external surveys)
  • Work across the affiliates with stakeholders (e.g., leadership, recruitment, business partners),
  • Post job openings and source qualified candidates for open positions
  • Screen potential candidates to assess their qualifications and to understand their career aspirations, matching them to company goals and objectives
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, video, or onsite)
  • Manage the offer letter process including negotiation and closing

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience recruiting providers
    • 7 years of experience recruiting physicians
    • 5 years of experience recruiting advanced practitioners
  • Demonstrated expertise in full life cycle recruiting, residency engagement, and ATS and CRM

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Strong desire to excel in a matrixed organization
