Job Description:

Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer both full and part time School Based Program Manager opportunities for Licensed Clinicians. We provide clinicians with the ability to customize their own professional experience and we offer a flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance. Arbour provides a warm, encouraging work environment and strives to offer compassionate and innovative care to all those we serve.

Responsibilities:

Create contracts with schools in the surrounding areas for our outpatient clinicians to do treatment within the school setting

Receive referrals for school-based clinicians at our clinic and facilitate scheduling school visits

Provide supervision regularly

Ensure clinicians are meeting productivity requirements

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related Program from an accredited college or University

Licensed Mandatory with ability to provide Supervision (LMHC, LICSW)

Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families

Ability to make accurate assessments and provide appropriate treatment

Maintain contact with school social worker to create schedule to see client in school

Licensed clinicians must be CANS certified to treat individuals with Mass Health insurances under the age of 21
